USA erwägen Friedensabkommen mit Nordkorea

Seit Monaten sind die Gespräche über das nordkoreanische Atomprogramm festgefahren: Jetzt erwägen die USA laut "New York Times" mit Blick auf das kommunistische Land einen Strategiewechsel. Demnach will Washington mit Pjönjang auch über ein Friedensabkommen verhandeln.
