Taiwan’s intelligence chief says that China plans to build two indigenous conventionally powered aircraft carriers … construction slated to start in 2013 and 2015, respectively, with delivery dates of 2020 and 2022.
(rmks: would contradict persistens rumours that construction already began in 2011 at a new shipyard near Shanghai).
