Iran urges UN probe into Western-backed anti-Iranian terrorist groups

TEHRAN, March 12 (MNA) – Iran’s representative to the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva has requested the council to launch an investigation into the “dubious links” between the U.S. and British intelligence services and anti-Iranian terrorist groups including the Mojahedin Khalq Organization (MKO), PJAK (the Party for a Free Life in Kurdistan), and Jundullah.
Seyyed Mohammad Reza Sajjadi, who was describing the terrorist actions carried out by counter-revolutionary groups at the UN Human Rights Council session in Geneva, said that these terrorist groups have killed many Iranian officials and citizens including innocent women and children and there is ample evidence linking these groups to the Western intelligence services.
