Der Artikel klingt für mich auch danach, als wenn Südkorea inzwischen Nordkorea nicht mehr als ernsthafte Bedrohung betrachtet. Dafür spricht, das man keine ernsthafte Abwehr gegen die ballistischen FK von Nordkorea wie die Hwasong hat.
