Castro's tugboat massacre

Ten years ago this month Maria Garcia lost 14 relatives in an atrocity that horrified the Cuban people and still shocks the conscience: Castro's patrol boats massacred 41 unarmed civilians--ten of them children--aboard an old wooden tugboat in which they were fleeing Cuba. Despite the tragedy--and similar others--many on the American media are still smitten with the cigar-smoking Communist dictator.
