The Italian navy is set to kick off exercise “Mare Aperto” (Open Sea) in the Mediterranean up to Libyan coastal waters… begin on 02 March … navy official: „Not directly connected with the crisis in Libya, but presence of naval vessels in the area could help improve security.”
