Zitat:On February 2 new Belgian-manufactured FN SCAR-H PR designated marksman rifles (DMR) were brought to Lithuania. The new weapons will be introduced in the Lithuanian Armed Forces and used for equipping the Lithuanian Land Force.
“Our focus in the modernisation of the Lithuanian Armed Forces is the soldier, while we aim at providing them properly with modern equipment as we seek to ensure that a soldier’s tasks are completed. Sharp shooter rifles are a step along this road,” Minister of National Defence Juozas Olekas says.
Weaponry that was offered during the contest was put to field and firing range tests apart from acceptability of price.
