Brookings Institution ist jetzt nicht gerade eine herausragend neutrale Quelle, wenn es um Republikaner oder Saudi-Arabien geht, aber die Informationen lassen sich ja durchaus über andere Kanäle verifizieren. Zumal bisher tatsächlich ja eher wenige wirkliche Aufträge bekannt geworden sind, und ein großer Teil der Gesamtsumme noch gar nicht zugeordnet werden konnte.
