The US will “soon” transfer a second former US Coast Guard HAMILTON class patrol ship (namely DALLAS) to the Philippine navy. First ship GREGORIO DEL PILAR (former HAMILTON) has begun patrolling waters off Palawan in the South China Sea waters, staging out of Puerto Princesa.
