YINING, Aug. 11 (Xinhuanet) -- The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) members started the second phase of their joint anti-terror military drill in China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Monday.
The exercise consists of two phases, with the first phase in Kazakhstan and the second phase in China.
