Zur EAS als neue Kooperationsstufe zwischen ASEAN und APEC
Allerdings kann man schwerlich davon reden, dass die USA nun vollkommen verdrängt wird mit dieser Institution bzw.überhaupt aus der Region.
Im China-Thread hab ich schon ein Essay vom Premier Singapurs gepostet, in dem er sich mit Chinas Aufstieg und den Folgen beschäftigt.
Und dort macht er deutlich, dass sich kein ASEAN-Staat antagonistisch zwischen China und den USA entscheiden will.
Auch sind bei der EAS ja auch Australien und Neuseeland dabei, die USA sitzt also indirekt mit am Tisch

Ach so, wer es noch nicht bemerkt hat:
Nicht nur der Westen ist sehr gern selektiv, das ist ein allgemines menschliches Defizit, das strukturell in uns ist.
