Eine Zusammenfassung aller geplanten Bestellungen und Entwicklungen der nächsten Jahre:
* production of An-124 is to resume in Ulyanovsk
* An-70 possibly to resume being produced in conjunction with Ukraine
* some Mi-26 helos are being ordered
* about 80 Su-34 and Su-35S have been ordered... with that many the price per airframe is expected to go down by 25%
* second PAK FA prototype to fly before the end of 2010
* 10 more PAK FA airframes to start being produced around 2013 to complete the 3,000 test flight requirement
* a batch of 50-100 PAK FA airframes to be ordered around 2016
* strategic and tactical unified command and control systems to get top priority
* NAVY to undergo significant modernization effort in the next decade with funds allocated being five times that of space forces
* some systems are not going to be procured due to lack of financial resources
* helos and S400/S500 are a priority
* BTR, tank and APC R&D to slow down a bit
* work on certain new weapon systems is to continue unanabated
* plans to purchase MiG-35
* AK to go through further modernization
* most of firearms to continue being developed and produced in Russia
* elite special purpose army units will be the exception with the ability to procure foreign made weapons
