2 killed in clash with Saudi police

Riyadh, Oct 12 - Police killed two suspects in an armed clash early Tuesday in Riyadh.

The confrontation took place at 3:00 AM (midnight GMT) near a luxury residential complex in the east of the Saudi capital where western expatriates live.

The Seder complex was the target of a grenade attack on October 3. Two persons carried out the attack, but no one was injured.

The assailants fired shots in the air from automatic weapons before fleeing.
