ich kann dir mehrere von einander unabhängige quellen bringen, die das enthalten
unterdessen scheinen die usa eine art freibrief für die pkk erstellt zu haben

You might remember that one of the most sensitive issues between the United States and Turkey was the removal of the terrorist organization Kurdistan Workers Party's (PKK) camp in the Kandil Mountains in northern Iraq.
The Office of Chief of Staff used to bring the matter up whenever Turkish officials met with their U.S. counterparts. I am not sure whether the reports appearing in the newspapers were correct, but the elimination of the camp and the leaders' extradition to Turkey was one of the principle requests of Turkey.
The U.S. officials repeatedly assured Ankara that they would not let a terrorist camp that threatened Turkey to exist in northern Iraq. They even said: "You can help by passing an amnesty. Armed militants in the mountains would disperse if they are assured they would not be going to jail. When their number dwindles, we will apply significant pressure."
However, neither did the U.S. keep its word, nor did Turkey have the courage to pass an amnesty.
Meanwhile, PKK militants are killing time in the mountains, while watching their armed movement lose support and the Democratic People's Party (HADEP) dividing among itself.
In summary, the issue of the PKK presence in northern Iraq has been put on hold

dietürkischen soldaten im nordirak umfassen ein paar special forces , die aber unter ständiger bewachung stehen und eine etwa 2000 mann starke truppe, die 1996 auf verlangen der usa in der region stationiert wurden, um die waffenstillstandslinie zwischen puk und pdk zu überwachen
suie müssen sich aber bald schon zurückziehen , wie auch die special forces der türkei
meine quellen beziehen sich auf reuters und anatolia news service
anscheined kommen sie doch durch oder was noch wahrscheinlicher ist, die ganze zeit in der türkei untergetaucht gewesen
das kam doch bestimmt auch in den türkischen nachrichten
