Somalia
Die arabischen Ölstaaten plagt bei humanitären Projekten im In- und Ausland gerne mal das Problem, dass sie über eine wenig ausgeprägte Zivilgesellschaft verfügen in der sich Menschen in Hilfsorganisationen engagieren, geschweige denn über entsprechende Ausbildung verfügen. Weiterhin fehlen es oft an entsprechenden staatlichen Strukturen, die so etwas autark organisieren können.

Aus der Region der arabischen und nicht-arabischen Welt kommt aber durchaus Hilfe nach Somalia:
