Contrary to expectations, documents were not signed during Vladimir Putin’s visit to India for linking Delhi to work on the fifth generation fighter. If the agreement had been signed, then it would have been fit to state that the list of known methods of fraud, not unlike the construction of pyramid schemes ((FINANSOVYE PIRAMIDY)) or palming off wads of paper money to simpletons, had gone up by one more.
