Oil price tests record highs

SYDNEY, Australia (Reuters) -- Oil surged back toward record highs above $78 on Monday after a weekend of worsening conflict between Israel and Hezbollah guerrillas, leaving traders nervous the violence could escalate and spread across the oil-producing Middle East.
