navy und marine corps würden aber vom abbruch des f-35-programms viel stärker getroffen; immerhin soll die f-35 dort f-18a/b/c/d "hornet" und av-8 "harrier" ersetzen, eine möglichkeit wäre die beschaffung weiterer f-18e/f "super hornet".
