NATO Presses Bulgaria To Continue Military Modernization

Bulgarian Defense Minister Vesselin Bliznakov said Oct. 26 that NATO had voiced “profound concerns” over Bulgaria’s delay in military modernization projects for lack of funding, the state BTA agency reported.
