Berlin opts for Dutch Orion s
Germany has abandoned its plans to procure a new-build maritime patrol
aircraft (MPA) capability in favour of acquiring the Royal Netherlands
Navy's (RNLN's) soon-to-be-retired fleet of P-3C Orions, industry and
military sources have confirmed.
