Doubts over UK CVF in-service date
The UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) remains "committed" to an in-service date (ISD) of 2012 for the Future Aircraft Carrier (CVF) programme, but will wait until later in 2005 to set a "target date for the full operating capability" for the two ships.
