Russia may build more plants in Iran

Moscow, Feb 1 - Russia has "a big chance of participating in implementing new projects for building nuclear power stations in Iran," said Iranian Ambassador to Russia Gholam Reza Shafei on Tuesday.

"Judging by Russia's experience in building the Bushehr nuclear power plant, I believe that all the prerequisites for this are present," he added.

According to the Ambassador, "Tehran plans to boost production of electricity by another 6,000 megawatts." ...
