Fars, Iran, Oct 27 - Arak heavy water nuclear plant enjoys a very high technical status, more than the Canadian and American ones, the manager of heavy water operation said.
Arak heavy water nuclear plant is fully constructed by the Iranian experts, Manoochehr Madadi told Fars News Agency Wednesday.
The fully automatic plant has been designed by Iranian computer experts without any help from foreign countries.
