Es gibt genug andere Quellen in denen Baradei und die IAEA die Zusammenarbeit Irans ausdrücklich loben.
Was die Herkunft der Technoligie angeht, hüllte man sich lange Zeit in Schweigen.
Das kann man ihnen auch nicht verdenken und ist auch nicht Irans Aufgabe Lieferanten anzuschwärzen.

Iran heavy water plant to be online within month

LONDON, Oct 28 (IranMania) - Iran said Wednesday a heavy water plant will go online within a month near the central city of Arak, despite international pressure for Tehran to suspend such nuclear-related activities.

"With two out of three units already operational, we are currently able to produce heavy water with 15%," said the plant's research and development chief, Manouchehr Madadi, the state news agency IRNA reported.

"In a month's time and with operation of the fourth unit, we will be able to produce heavy water with 99.8%," he said.

"By then we will be able to produce 16 tons from the current eight tons and therefore the country will no longer need to import heavy water," he said. The plant itself "was constructed and operated by Iranians without outside help."
