LONDON, Sep 18 (IranMania) - Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing and his Iranian counterpart Kamal Kharrazi have discussed a proposed resolution on Tehran's alleged atomic weapons program at the UN nuclear watchdog, state media reported Saturday.
According to Agence France Press (AFP), Li told Kharrazai by telephone Friday China hopes Iran's nuclear issue will be handled within the framework of the the International Atomic energy Agency (IAEA), the People's Daily said without elaborating further.
Kharazzi also briefed Li on the discussions at the IAEA board of governors' meeting, it said
