Well, the missile containers loaded onto the ship have flat front and rear container 'lids' and 9 'ribs' spaced fairly evenly along length of the container. The containers loaded onto the vehicle have rounded lids and 11 ribs, of which 2 pairs are spaced much more closely together than the rest. While there is no accounting for container content, I would say the containers are different and this suggests different missiles.
