Nochmal zu FCAS und Indien:
Indien wollte nie FCAS beitreten, sondern im.Falle eines Scheiterns mit Frankreich am Rafale-Nachfolger partizipieren.
Vor ein paar Tagen sprach Indien explizit auch von FCAS.

Ob man hinter vorgehaltener Hand doch nur Frankreich meint, das kann ich nicht sagen. Ob der offizielle Stand ist FCAS, mit Deutschland und Frankreich.
