Kleiner Einschub. Dornier entwickelte 1994 die Drohne Anti Radar. Die Entwicklung wurde eingestellt, als wir dachten, es wäre eine gute Idee, unsere Verteidigungsaktivitäten zu reduzieren.

Die DASA hat es dann an IAI verkauft, die daraus Harpy entwickelten.

Shahed (Iran), Geran 2 (Russland) und Lucas (USA) sehen der DAR verblüffend ähnlich.

Drohne-Anti-Radar (DAR) von Dornier war ein Projekt aus den 70ern/80ern.

Es war Teil eines deutsch-amerikanischen "Harassment Weapon System"-Projektes, welches zum Ziel hatte eine Penetration-Aid/Anti-Radiation-Drohne zu entwickeln.

Buzzwords für Drohnen-Konzepte wie "expendable", "attritional", "affordable", "low-cost" hatten wir schon in den 70ern.
"The more things change, the more they stay the same."
