After 7 or 8 months of an Ak 24 firing ban, Sweden is reportedly resuming testing of its new/future service rifle: The Ak24. Produced by Finnish firearms maker Sako, the introduction of this rifle into Sweden’s military hasn’t gone as smoothly as hoped and a ban on using the weapon had to be imposed in March 2025.
