Auf der Type 31 wird die CAMM auch voraussichtlich aus dem Mk41 verschossen, das liegt aber daran, dass das Mk41 auch das einzige VLS dieser Schiffe ist.

Witzig ist, dass eine Type 31 im Gegensatz zur F126 eine reale Aufwuchsreserve für den Mk 41 hat:

The Type 31s are already being built with the foundation structural seats for four 8-Cell Mk41 Strike-Length VLS modules. In light of justifiable accusations the surface fleet “acts like porcupines – well-defended herbivores with limited offensive capabilities”, the RN has now decided to equip the ships with 32 cells. This will provide commonality with the Type 26 frigates and the many users of Mk41 in allied navies across the globe.

Damit hätte die "kleine" Type 31 mehr Mk 41 Zellen als unsere F126

Entscheidend hierfür wäre aber, wie viele ExLS von der RN bestellt werden. Ohne diese kann die CAMM nicht aus dem Mk41 gestartet werden.

Nicht ganz korrekt, CAMM kann entweder aus dem ExLS oder einer Mk 41 Zelle verschossen werden - sagt zumindest der Hersteller:

In the maritime environment, CAMM has a number of launcher options. Mk 41 compatible, CAMM can be quadpacked into each cell of either Stike or Tactical length launchers. If space is at a premium or for smaller vessels, CAMM can also be quadpacked into the compact Extensible Launcher System (ExLS), which is part of the Mk 41 family
