Zitat: The USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and several Ships of Carrier Strike Group 9 (CSG-9), possibly including the Ticonderoga-Class Cruiser; USS Lake Erie (CG-70) as well as the Arleigh Burke-Class Guided Missile Destroyers; USS John S. McCain (DDG-56), USS Halsey (DDG-97), and USS Daniel Inouye (DDG-118) are currently enroute from their Deployment to the South China Sea in the Indo-Pacific, to the Southern Red Sea to Replace the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) and her Strike Group who have now been Deployed for over 8 Months. The Eisenhower as well as most of the Ships from Carrier Strike Group 2 (CSG-2) will soon Transit the Suez Canal into the Eastern Mediterranean, where if the Eisenhower is not Extended due to possible Escalation in the Region, she will Return to her Homeport at Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia.
