Bayraktar TB2 UCAV is officially in Albania’s inventory!

Bayraktar TB2, which joined the Albanian Army inventory, made its first flight.

The first Bayraktar TB2 UCAVs, which were delivered to Albania on March 2, made their first flight on March 4 after the assembly process. The first Bayraktar TB2 UCAV to join the Albanian Army made its first flight from the NATO air base in Kuçova, which was inaugurated on the same day.

Haluk Bayraktar, who made statements on his official X account, said that today is a historical day and made the following statements:

“The first NATO Tactical Air Base in Albania was opened. The opening of Kuçova Air Base is the beginning of a new era for the security of the Balkans and Europe. With this ceremony, Bayraktar TB2 UCAVs entered the inventory of the Albanian Army. This is the first time a NATO-standard aircraft has entered the Albanian Army’s inventory.”
