TURKMENISTAN – IRAN
In a rare incident, a Turkmenistan navy vessel recently (December?) fired on an Iranian fishing boat in the Caspian Sea, killing one fisherman and sinking the boat, arresting other crew … Iranian state media claim “without prior warning” … "beyond diplomatic norms and contrary to international law".
