Local media reveal that aircraft carrier VIKRAMADITYA during her transfer voyage from Russia had been faced with major technical problems … suffered a boiler breakdown (!) which limited top speed … proved unable to conduct at sea refueling off Portugal … MoD will ask “detailed report from the Navy”.
