Baltic Shipyard has deferred delivery of new landing ship IVAN GREN to the Russian navy to 2015 … claims “in the initial project stages” (rmks: construction started in 2004) the “MoD failed to provide documentation on time and poorly funded the project”.
(rmks: so only after nine years they realize they cannot meet the schedule announced on the occasion of launch last year?)

Without giving any reason, the Russian navy has pushed back the intended in-service date for a new NITKA deck-landing training installation at Yeisk (Sea of Azov) by almost a year to November, 2014.
