Turkey has repeatedly said that it was not to blame for the May 2011 kidnappings.
At midday, the families intend to join a march at Martyrs Square in Downtown Beirut to mark the 98th anniversary of the Armenian genocide.
Eleven Shiite Lebanese were abducted in the region of Aleppo, in northern Syria, on their way back home from a pilgrimage in Iran 11 months ago.
