Displaced Palestinians return to refugee camp in Damascus

Khalid Abdul Majeed, the secretary general of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front, told Press TV that some factions of the Palestine Liberation Organization had contacted the militants.

“We are keen to reach an agreement that would establish the withdrawal of the armed groups from the camp, because their presence will lead to disaster and displacement,” Abdul Majeed said.

“We are working on getting the refugees back to their homes and clearing the camp from any armed side.”
