Tehran, Jan 12, IRNA -- The 19th Regional Planning Council of the Economic Cooperation Organization opened here on Monday.
Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki is attending the three-day meeting and is to deliver a speech during the inaugural session of the meeting later today.
Trade and investment, transportaion and communication, human resources and sustainable development, regional centers, international relations, energy, mines and environment, economic research, industry and agriculture will be among issues to be discussed by the participant delegations in the three-day meeting.
