das wäre logisch - einmal hat China den Hafen ausgebaut, damit entsteht China ein Stützpunkt der den Weg über Pakistan direkt an den indischen Ozean und dann zu den afrikanischen Küsten und deren Rohstoffen eröffnet, und nicht zuletzt wäre Chinas PLAN bei ihren Einsätzen gegen die Piraten vor Somalia auf eine nahe Basis gestützt.
